This species shows a prominent form of the segmented compound fruits that are a hallmark of Annona species. The fruits ripen to yellow, with creamy white flesh. Found wild in the Atlantic forest regions of southern Brazil. Formerly a Rollinia, and may show some cool temperature tolerance. Small tree to 4 m / 13 ft. Seeds are fresh, cannot be stored and should be planted on receipt. #5422
