Citrus sudachi - Sudachi

4 seeds per pack. A rare citrus that is little known outside of Japan. Prized in Japan, much like the yuzu, and having a delicious acidic flavor that is reminiscent of lemons. Eaten fresh and used to flavor beverages and desserts. Fruits grow to 1-1 1/2" across and are often sold green, though they ripen to orange.
