Wild populations grow in far southern regions of Brazil, making this species potentially one of the most cold tolerant of the Eugenia's. Mature plants may survive to 14 F (-10 C). The leaves tend to be slimmer and more elongated than standard varieties. Bushy growth to 12 ft / 3 m. Seeds are fresh, cannot be stored and should be planted on receipt. #4688
