Related to the Eugenia's, it produces small, edible, berry-like fruits with a mildly sweet flavor. The little fruits are borne in nice clusters and ripen to a crimson red. Grows to 6 m / 20 ft. Grows well in shadier environments. Unknown if any frost tolerance. Seeds are fresh, cannot be stored and should be planted on receipt. #5655
