Pod Corn

(Zea mays) 10 seeds per pack. An extremely rare corn today, Pod Corn is thought to be the first type of cofn ever cultivated. Each kernel is enclosed by its own husk---and while edible---it is labor intensive to eat. Ears are quite ornamental and this type is generally grown for its beauty.
