Swietenia mahogani - Brazilian Mahogany

10 seeds per pack. A source of the gorgeous hardwood mahogany, this species is native to a small range in the Caribbean, including the Bahamas and north to the Florida Everglades. It is a majestic hammock tree, growing to 70+ft, but more often to 30ft. It is a popular landscape tree and is planted as a street tree in parts of South Florida. Hardy to short, mild frosts. #1063
