5 seeds per pack. A short to medium sized palm with edible fruits. Can grow to 25ft, but often remains at 6-12ft. Native to Mexico, this attractive species also shows some frost hardiness, to 25F. The cherry sized fruits have a mildly sweet flavor. Usually single-trunked, but sometimes produces suckers. The large, fan-shaped leaves have a slight blue tinge and because of this, make this species a popular ornamental. #1218 Out of stock. Last available: 10/17/2016 - 9/27/2018
