5 seeds per pack. A deciduous, spiny, shrubby plant, native to southern and eastern regions of Africa. Bears small to medium sized, orange-red, glossy fruits with conflicting reports about edibility. Some sources suggest the fruits could be toxic. Grows well in drier subtropical and tropical climates. Shrubby, scrambling growth to 3-6 m. #4924
