(Capsicum annuum) 25 seeds per pack. A type of Mirasol Pepper, originally bred in the Colorado-New Mexico region, with some similarities to the Fresno Pepper. Pods are conical, somewhat blocky, with thick flesh and heat that is a bit higher than typical New Mexico Hatch peppers. The thick walls make it an excellent variety for roasting. Pods grow to 5" and ripen to red. Also does well in shorter season areas. #5065
