Eugenia neosilvestris - Grumichama Peluda Seeds

1 seed per pack. Please note: the seeds in this batch are beginning to germinate. An exotic Eugenia, with plump, flattened fruits that look a lot like a hairy Grumichama. They ripen to dark red-black, with a velvet skin and juicy, yellow-orange colored pulp. Flavor is very good, and the fruits have similar uses to that of the Grumichama. Native to a small area in southeastern Brazil. Shrubby and bushy growth to a few meters tall. May have the potential for subtropical zones, though cold tolerance is unknown. #5465
