This species is similar to Euterpe oleracea, with slightly smaller fruits and is similarly commercially cultivated, producing edible Acai fruits. A majestic and slender, tropical palm that can reach 30 m / 98 ft. Needs a tropical climate for full production. Seeds are fresh, cannot be stored and should be planted on receipt. #5400
