Fruits are approximately egg-sized and reports vary on how edible they are, with some sources listing them as inedible while others listing the fruit as sweet and edible. Fairly hardy, to a few degrees below freezing. It grows very well in cooler, subtropical climates as well. Fruits are 1-2" long. Flowers are ornate, green to light orange in color. #728
