6 seeds per pack. A small, deciduous shrub, native to the Himalaya's, mainly in China. It bears a green-purple fruit with similarities to Prunus spinosa, and are good for snacking. The seed also yields an edible cooking oil. A profuse bloomer, the species is sometimes planted as an ornamental hedge. Hardy to zones 6-9. Grows to 3-16 ft / 1-5 m. #5118
