Areca vestiaria - Orange Crownshaft Palm

4 seeds per pack. A gorgeous ornamental palm reminiscent of the Sealing Wax Palm. Notable for its bright orange, to orange-red crownshaft, with large, glossy green fronds. Native to the Molucca islands. Fairly short, to 8-12 feet. Quite rare. Frost hardy to the mid 30's for short periods of time. Can be container grown. #1219
