(Chenopodium pallidicaule) 1000 seeds per pack. a.k.a. Baby Quinoa. A quinoa relative from the Andean region yielding small seeds which have a wide range of uses. This species is little-known outside of the Andes, but locally, up to a few hundred varieties were once grown. A cold-tolerant annual, growing to only 1-2 feet.
