Little information is available about this species. The fruits could be edible, as several other Clavija species have edible fruits, but care should always be taken with unknown fruits. Native to mid-elevation tropical forests in South America. Short, bushy growth to 6-12 ft / 3-4 m. Unknown frost tolerance. Seeds are fresh, cannot be stored and should be planted on receipt. #5215
