Beautiful and rare wild poppy native to California. Along with its gorgeous appearance, the poppies have a lily like fragrance-a rarity for a poppy.

Description
Short annual, growing to about 1-2ft. Naturally grows in grasslands and mountain foothills, so it can survive freezes. Will reseed itself. Flowers bloom off and on throughout spring and summer.
Hardiness
Hardy to frosts, but naturally grows during the warmer months.
Growing Environment
Grow in full sun. Protect from temperatures over 100F. Seems to do best in areas with mild water and cool to moderate temperatures.
Propagation
By seeds.
Uses
Used as an ornamental.

Native to California.
