Inga edulis - Ice Cream Bean

1 seed per pack. Please note: some of the seeds in this batch are beginning to germinate. Long, podded fruit up to 2ft long. Pulp is very soft, creamy white, with a flavor resembling vanilla ice cream. Tree is subtropical, hardy to short freezes and can be kept in a container. There seem to be some variations of I. edulis, seeds are from tree with fruit pictured. Single seeds can produce multiple seedlings. #156
