4 seeds per pack. A fantastic, wild, dry-forest papaya bearing strongly winged fruits that ripen to yellow-green, with tasty, yellow-orange pulp. This species is native to dry areas in Southern Mexico and into Central America. Deciduous and dioecious. The strange fruits are sometimes found for sale locally. Drought tolerant and possible hardy to mild frosts. Extremely rare outside of Mexico. #4355
