A small, glossy skinned, crunchy fruit with very mildly sweet, thirst-quenching pulp. Overall similar to the Wax Jambu, the fruits are slightly smaller and bell-shaped. Popular in its local range, where it is cultivated on a small level, but fruits don't store well, limiting its commercialization potential. Small to medium sized tree. Not tolerant of frosts. #5381
