Umbellularia californica - California Bay

3 seeds per pack. A large tree, native to the Pacific coast, mainly California, but into Oregon as well. The tree is best known for its highly aromatic leaves, which are similar to the Bay Leaf (Laurus nobilis) and in some cases can be used in place of them in cooking.
