Inga cinnamomea - Inga Acu Seeds

Please note: some of the seeds in this batch are beginning to sprout. A much lesser known Ice Cream Bean, originally from Brazil. It bears very large, pod shaped fruits with sweet, fluffy, cotton candy like, white colored pulp. Many sources remark of this species being the best tasting of the ice cream beans. Fast growing to 25 m / 82 ft. Nitrogen fixing. Probably has similar climate requirements to Inga edulis, so it could be suitable in subtropical zones. #5472
