Solanum muricatum - Putumayo Pepino Seeds

10 seeds per pack. A Pepino variety from Southern Colombia, bearing fleshy, elongated fruits that ripen with varying degrees of purple speckling. The fruits are larger and longer than the standard Pepino. Care and growth are similar to the regular Pepino. Fairly fast growing, perennial or long season annual with similarities to the tomato plant. May tolerate some light frosts to a couple of degrees below freezing. #5631
