Alibi Cucumber
Cucumis sativus
Usually classified as a pickling cucumber, but bearing fruits that are good for fresh eating as well. The fruits are plump and grow to about 3-4" long. The variety has retained popularity due to its high yields and excellent disease resistance, including resistance against downy and powdery mildew. Fruits can be used at a variety of early stages for various types of pickling, or be allowed to ripen a bit for fresh eating.
