A famous heirloom squash from Italy, known as the Violina (Violin) squash for its resemblance to the shape of a violin. Hefty fruits can reach four pounds and have delicious yellow-orange flesh with a wonderful sweet flavor. The fruits are popularly used for roasting and baking.
