Himalayan Ambarella

Spondias axillaris

A subtropical, wild ambarella relative from Nepal. Fruits are oval-rectangular in shape and grow to a little over an inch. Skin ripens to yellow, with white flesh that has an acidic flavor. The fruits are high in vitamin C.
